We are a local State Farm Insurance agency seeking a licensed Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a positive team player who approaches their work with integrity, focus, and the ability to maintain a calm, organized workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to maintain and update customer accounts
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Keep customer accounts well-organized and up to date
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently to meet customer needs
Qualifications
  • Maryland Insurance License required
  • Strong commitment to excellent customer service
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to relate effectively to customers, answer questions, and anticipate needs
  • Excellent phone communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a BIG plus

Compensation $33,280.00 - $37,440.00 per year
